Welcome to my blog! I am a twenty something Bostonian looking to combine my long time love of food and my current affair with health and fitness. As a foodie that has been working in the health industry for the past two years, I’ve been sucked into a lifestyle of exercising and eating well. I’m your average lady who loves to cook, eat out, drink a glass…or three…of wine and indulge in goodies; this is definitely NOT a diet blog! My goal with this is to embrace the inner foodie (healthy healthier choices…for the most part) in all of us while balancing it with exercise. Although I’ve learned a lot in the past twenty plus months, I still consider myself a beginner in both categories and have much to learn. This blog will be filled with recipes, new exercises, fitness trends, trainer tips from a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, restaurant reviews and anything else I find intriguing and motivating. I hope this encourages people to be more adventurous in the kitchen and on the gym floor! JOIN ME!
